Patio Pounder: Land of Fire, Wine of Argentina 2008

Label Stuff: Chenin Blanc (Hey, that's a grape!) Fresh and crisp, with floral aromas (not really) and flavors of quince (not a common product in the US. This does not taste like quince.) and pear (I can see that.), this wine is a versatile companion to informal meals, and is an excellent aperitif.

An excellent aperitif? It's french for foreplay. Oddly enough, the older you get, the more aperitif you have and less foreplay.

What do you taste? Pear, and juniper. It is slightly acidic. Not a lot of sugar.

Price: $6.99 That's a dollar more than last year. Grumble grumble.
